I bought some leads from TTNLeads.co.uk but it is a complete scam. First i bought the leads on 1st december 2008 and was told i would receive the leads in 48 hours. Then i don't received anything so I e-mail them and they make up excuses (saying vandals have tampered with their computers, etc) and that i will receive the leads as soon as they rectify the problem.

Around a month passes and still no leads. I ask for a refund. They say they will give me a refund but don't. Around 3 months have now passed. They have ignored all my e-mails and haven't given me a refund or any leads.

I now go to their website: http://www.ttnleads.co.uk/ and it is completely gone...

    The leads cost: £52.78
And i paid with Google Checkout.

I know £52.78 isn't a great deal of money, but it's still my money, and it is annoying when there are still these stupid companies out there that continually scam people.

I know with PayPal you can do a PayPal dispute but with google checkout i couldn't see an option? Is there any way i can get my money back?

    Here are their contact details:

    TTN Limited
    143 - 157 St James Street
    London
    GREATER LONDON
    EC1V 4PY
    UNITED KINGDOM
    0845 009 0685

I tried phoning their number but no one ever picked up.

    Thanks in advance.

If you used Google Checkout then you used a credit card. File a complaint and do a charge-back through your credit card company.

Would i still be able to do this, even if this happened around 3 months ago (1st december 2008)?

I can't see why not - it's better to try than to do nothing at all.

    Good luck!

I know how it feels to be cheated of money. If I were you I would ask a professional. Don't sit around and wait for it to be an invalid case.
