    Just throwing a site out here that I developed. http://www.TsunamiAlerts.org - comes with domain, site, and 2 weeks of hosting for your easy transfer.
    CONTENT IS 100% unique on the homepage and the sub pages are powered by RSS feed (quite nice too!).
    Domain has around 11 months left so plenty of time.
    Also comes with a copy of Turnkey-Script which allows you to edit the site easily by 1 config file (what is currently powering the site).
