    This is a section I have grabbed from a contract of an SEO company... do you guys think it means that they are going to remove all the links that have already been built?!

    On termination of the Contract for any reason:

    The Supplier shall cease to provide the Services and all links to the Customers
    website shall be disabled;

    Some SEO companies own or have arrangements to place links to sites that hire them. When you discontinue their service, they remove those links. Unless you have something in writing saying otherwise, you should assume they will remove those links as that is what the section you posted is saying.

    Most SEO companies are set up in a way that makes you trapped into paying them forever, so I would guess that based what you posted that YES, they will disable any links that they set up to your site.

    Well, its my clients site... he wants me to take over the seo of his other site, but I can see that its going to be harder if they remove all the links already built - at lease I can let him know so he gives me extra time to get his rankings back...

    I used to work for one SEO company - quite a large one - and they did almost no off-page seo for their clients! just a few directory subs and that was it - they had over 5000 clients.
