Trying with $250

I'm thinking to advertise forum, is this good idea?

Should I spend all $250 to google adwords? Can anyone suggest me best ways for quality traffic?

 

To promote a forum, you should probably buy advertising on other forums.

 

The problem is that two popular they charge like $450 per week for banner ad near other million ads and dont allow to promote other forums same type related. Also advertising like that wont guarantee me even 1 click. Some even $319/day - $2199/week

 

man what kind of market are you trying to target,

maby look at some cheap methods to get things moving -

* directory submission.
* put a few videos up on youtube relating to your site! with links in the title and description.
* join forums similar to yours and make a few general posts then start a thread about your site.
* maby look at promoting to your demographic via myspace aswell.
* maby look at getting some high quality paid posters to boost up your post count.
* $250 is not much but if you work it right you can expand it

 

It's basically e-commerce: hyips, autosurfs, mlm, ptr... etc

$250 is enough, just see what was possible with 15kchallenge.com/blog, although i do think advertising a forum will be a bit harder.
