I'm not sure. Basically what I did was just e-mailed them. I let them know I was eager to get started. Someone called me abuot 3 days later. I wasn't able to answer, and he didn't leave me his extension or anything. So, I called back, and didn't choice the affiliates applications department, as it's always a voicemail. I just did the technical help - and they transfered me to the guy who had called. It's been 2 days since he approved my application, and said I would be assigned an affiliate manager. Still haven't heard from anyone. Have you sent them your tax forms as well? Good luck!
I guess im always lucky with this stuff. i filled out the form the they called, but i couldnt answer. I got an email saying i was in... Thats how it went down. And I was totally honest in my form pretty saying this was only my second time doing affiliate work and i dont even have a website, haha.
