Trying to reach the Asian Markets

    hey guys i have a friend, whom currently supply's new and used cars to the Singapore market,
    but he is looking to broaden his audience to the Thai and Malaysian markets ,
    would anyone suggest how he would go about achieving this?

    You could find sites from asia that are translated into English or are based in English. Search in Google for terms such as "leave comment' .cn or whatever the extension is. There are ways to find websites in other countries. Just have to get creative on the search terms

    Online marketing will be kinda of tough for such durables the likes of cars. Maybe he should travel to these countries and try to forge alliances with the distributors there instead.

    You can set up a google PPC account that advertises only in the countries you select. So choose Thailand and Malaysia, translate keywords, headings etc into local languages and you'll have a very targeted campaign.

    The Thais can be difficult to reach if you don't know their language. Most Thais use Thai-based websites. You have to contact the owners of these Thai-language websites and offer your ad package.
