Trying to rank higher on a certain keyword

I've started putting a lot of thought on how to rank better for my keywords lately.

I wanna develop ranking on SEs for my inner pages, & I am doing okay but NOT close to anything impressive.
I have always used this format as my title: Example Keyword @ DOMAIN.com!

Replacing "example keyword" with the page's content & the keywords I want that page to rank for.

My question is, would I rank better for "example keyword" if it didn't have "@ DOMAIN.com!" trailing after it on my title?

Which is proven to be the best title format to use in order to rank well for a keyword?

By simply using Example Keyword on my title alone give me better chances at ranking higher for that keyword? Thanks. :)

Yes you are doing well but i think your should try to use 2 or 3 keywords for your page.

I have you have minimum 2 keywords for every page. So try to put both them and than start working.

Hope you will do your best.

You should increase that keyword density on page... That's really help's to increase ranking in search engines.

5 % keyword density on page is OK
