    Back in the day I was a cultivator of a certain plant that people smoke in water bongs. I would use some sort of myspace marketing if I were to do that today. Hell they have a huge drug culture there.

    Would it be illegal to sell that certain plant to people for medicinal purposes in California? it is legal there for medicinal purposes, but is selling it legal there?

    Hell, there are companies all over the internet that sell the seeds, and really anyone can get them. They don't care where they ship them to.

    And speaking of Brothels, there are ads in the Nevada Market that advertise such establishments, since it is legal there....

    Cashing in on the illegals... Sounds like the US Department of Homeland security!
