Trying to make good use of RSS feeds - suggestions welcome.

    On our classifieds we have RSS feeds that are automatically generated for each category/subcategory. I am trying to make good use of the feeds, but to be frank with you I have no idea how. I've just submitted some of the pages to two ping sites that I found online.

    What do you mostly use your RSS feeds for? For driving traffic or what?

    Also, what sites do you use to ping your feeds to?
