Hi Digital Point Gurus! I am hoping someone might be able to answer a question for me as I have had no luck with Google Searches and the PayPal Service Number is not much help at all. I currently have a website which I sell an E-Book from along with some online services. Currently my website has a "Buy Now" button which is working well. (Customer clicks the button, enters their credit card info and then payment is sent to me). My problem is that after payment is made my customer has no idea what to do next (until I contact them). I have setup the link after "Buy Now" page to go to the page on my website the customer needs to reach but often they close they page and dont worry about pressing that buttin. I would like to confirm if I can have the recipt that goes to their e-mail detail instructions on how they can access there e-book or if the page after "Buy Now" can proviode further instructions? Phone Support was not able to help much (but I dont think they are a 'technical support' service). I am happy to upgrade my account if need be... I would really just like a fully automated process!
