Trying to make a manga reader

    Does anyone know how to make a manga reader (comic reader)? like this site http://mymangalist.net/chapter/naruto/497/1/ I think it is a drupal site

    Basically if you click on the large image it will go to next image. I also noticed you can navigate by using the keyboard arrows so i want to do something like that. Anyone know how?
