Has any of you guys tried to solve a problem by contacting live human staff of Google? I tried - and that was and is not a pleasant experience My problem is that I promote escort sites... Escort service is legal in UK and has nothing to do with prostitution nor with anything related to it... My 22 Ad Versions were disaaproved probably even without human revision: Some Of them would go like: 100 % Legal in UK Female Escort Services Rendered By Some Agency Now do any of you consider this Ad promoting prostitution? Or does UK staff of Google does not particularily like the decision of UK parliament on the status of escort services? My e-mails are replied with spammy links to Ad Words guidelines I probably know by heart by now. Do you think that I am wrong?
You have to keep trying, I suspect they outsource their customer service, so if you get one who just cut and paste a standard reply you are unlucky, you just need to try until you get one who really read your email and take the necessary actions.
Well, they DO accept ads for escort services - I've just seen one. Having no idea what the legal position of escort agencies is in the UK, I was curious so did a google search for "legality of escort services" and an ad for one came up in the prime sponsored postion - on top of the search listings - UK Escorts www.*********.com 24 HR Escorts. UK's Largest Agency UK Independent Escorts. Photos! Perhaps you could use the ad preveiw tool to see what ads for escort services are being accepted and see if you can identify the words and phrases that are being allowed - though as I'm sure you've experienced - google are very often not consistent on such things - some people seem to get away with stuff that others don't.
The thing is that I have several accounts for different escort agencies - any never had a single dissaproved Ad - but this one is for some reason unlucky. I got last warning e-mail - if i try any more Ad versions - they will ban paid ads for this site for ever. So I stopped it - and now just trying to get to a live person who would possibly approve my harmless ads...
Their customer support is terrible. I tried to contact them about my slapped campaign, and every single "specialist" gave me the same old link about the guidelines. I also contacted them by email and got a response on the next business day, so you can try emailing them. Good luck (you'll need it), nadavs
