Great news! You rank around 16th... Bad news... It's for "too much to do" which likely gets almost NO searches. Here are a few of my observations:

    1) Your blog theme/template is not very aesthetically appealing so even if you manage to rank, people aren't likely to stay long. I would consider purchasing a copy of Thesis from DIYThemes and moving your blog to WordPress.

    2) Your on-page optimization could use a LOT of work. Much of it is because of your theme I'm guessing. Linking to articles with link text of "Virtual Assistant 91" sucks. It tells the search engines that page is about and should be ranked for "Virtual Assistant 91". No one is going to search for that. Instead, you should be linking with the name of the post... like "The Virtual Assistant Versus The In-House Employee" so that you can get some long tail searches like "virtual assistant vs in house employee".

    3) Your <title> on your post pages should contain the name of the post (i.e <title>The Virtual Assistant Versus The In-House Employee</title>) and NOT <title>Too much to do? Let your 24/7 personal assistant help! &raquo; Virtual Assistant 91</title>... Your posts all have the same title except the # at the very end. Terrible for SEO. That says every page is about the same topic. And <title> is THE most important on page factor you have in your control.

    4) The theme should be rendering the title of the post on the post page as an <h1>. Your post pages don't even have <h1>s. Again this is a shortcoming of the theme itself most likely.

    5) Your "recent posts", "categories", and "archives" widgets/links don't even show on the home page for me. The entire right sidebar is empty. Not good from an SEO or usability perspective IMO.

    The list goes on...
