the most important thing is the conversion rate. If it is for adsense, it will not convert much, but for CPA offers or list building, I think this kind of traffic might help

I bought some traffic like that before :( Had around 40,000 hits or visits, onsite time was like 1sec, bounce rate was 99.98% and it was a waste of money.

    Didnt cost much, achieved nothing.

Not commenting on this specific source, merely on what i purchased before.

I would happily pay 10 times the amount if it was TRUE, quality traffic.

Buying traffic very rarely works, you would be better off spending that money getting some content written or something.

Just for the health of it, I wrote to CheapTargetedWebsiteTraffic's support team and here is a specific response I received:

    Thank you for contacting us.

You will not be penalised by google as long as you purchase targeted
traffic. This kind of traffic is safer than untargeted traffic (generated
with traffic exchanges) as targeted traffic is generated with redirected
    visitors (see details at
    http://cheaptargetedwebsitetraffic.com/targeted.htm)

    Best Regards,
    Alex Trujillo

Now, I am a bit more curious as to what anyone else out there thinks, in regards to what he says about "TARGETED" vs. "UNTARGETED" traffic...what say the masses?

Ye, I second what Mobius just said. Do people want popups begging them to stay when closing the site? You just give your site a bad name.

Well, let's just drop it. Seems like nowadays everything is percieved as spam and who needs the grief...just thought I'd get some feedback as to whether or not traffic driven sites are worth it....later.

I suppose that TARGETED traffic is more likely to be genuinely interested in the content of your web site, and therefore more likely to be genuinely interested in the websites advertised by Adsense, so their clicking behavior is more likely to look "normal" to Google.

Purchasing traffic is always going to be a risk, though, as Google clearly states:

most paid traffic programs are scams, they use bots to hit your site from different ips, i would not advise using, nothing beats targeted traffic.
