Trying to find the top ten wordpress themes

So I just signed up here at digital point. Quite amazing to see such a gathering of talented individuals.

So here is the deal. I have been building wordpress blogs for people and am looking for great themes that can be easily modified. I have dealt with themes that are really jacked up. And then i have expiereced some that are really easy to modify because the coder made it clean and simple to follow. Although one day i would like to make my own theme from scratch I am not quite at that level yet.

So what wordpress themes have worked well for you?...looking for themes with good design and not too complicated.

Check out Sandbox. I'm working with it right now. It makes creating your own theme very easy.

-DesignDisease: very well coded, easy to follow markup
-Derek Punsalan: neat clean themes
-'small potato': a few innovative uses of WordPress recently. Worth a look.
