Trying to find someone to convert a site from tables to css

I am trying to find someone who has knowledge of php, html and css to convert a site for me.

The site is www.photosales.co.nz and at the moment there are tables all over the show.

Biggest problem, is that the likes of the index file is calling 8 other files, and those also have bits of the tables in them as well.

 

god you need that seriously speeded up and the html lightened! could do it but you'd need a decent budget!

 

Why do you want to change all tables...you have now (like I sow in code) half tables and half divs!?

 

Just want to speed the overall site up, so getting rid of all the tables will help.
