Hi Im Brand new to seo But I have come along way in just two weeks. I have a site ( www diet 444 .com ) The ad copy is pretty much set for the sale. My problem is I cant find the correct keywords to put in the meta tags to get the right anylation. I can get to number 1 poisition on some pretty good key words but can't even get noticed on the critcal key words that I pay dearly for on ppc. Is there a piece of software that can scan my site and tell me what keywords I should list as a result of what is in my copy?

Please this is not a reverse sales pitch I have been in business for 11 years I'am really trying to learn this SEO thing so I can stop the bleeding in ppc.

Try to find out keywords which have max. search count, min allintitle, min Google Competition.. Search keywords through Overture & Wordtracker.. I think you should do this practice yourself as you know your business very well and its your choice on what type of keywords (general, specific or geographical) you want to rank.

also the critical key words you want to target have to be used in your copy, and those target phrases should be linked to your corresponding content

I would suggest not to go with high competitive keywords first. Better start with less competitive keywords. Once you rank well for those, you may keep working on more competitive keywords.
