Trying to find fellow affiliates for a site

    personally have a new site at the moment and have discussed with certain other people around the internet that a great way to drum up attention and traffic to your site is to 'affiliate' or 'associate' yourself with other small time forums and sites that may be interested In some sort of swap deal.

    The problem is that Im not sure entirely what fellow affiliates to aim at, what kind of approach to take and simply whether anyone would be interested in doing this kind of thing anyway.

    Has anyone had any previous experience in this?

    Motivate the affiliates with 50% revenue from the profit their sales. What kind of site is it anyway? What is the competition for your keywords in google adwords?
