I am looking to buy a business that is already established. I found a site that has listings of businesses people are selling. www.buyabusiness.com Does anyone know anything about this site?

Besides the spammy links that will/have been posted

Check flippa (i think thats the best for seling online according to some) and the Sites section of the buySellTrade part in this forum

toycat, you try to sound wise by referring to spammy links but come out sounding dumb as you just repeat what's already provided.

That you have discovered Flippa isn't exactly the discovery of the century. But, yes, it does give you an extra post to your post count and does give you another opportunity for you $40 space sale message.

If the OP's question is genuine and not just an ad then here's my contribution: buyabusiness.com isn't by a long shot a serious player. The established big ones are businessesforsale, bizquest, sun etc. If they are so new to buying businesses they shouldn't be asking here - they should go to places where business buying and selling is discussed. If it's a web business the type of places are the sitepoint buy/sell forum and my experienced-people one linked. I didn't link to SP first because the SP buy/sell forum has had probably less than a dozen posts in the whole of the last week and most of the main posters there moved over to the other one yesterday.
