Bug Trying to create a selling domain thread and to "link my account to Paypal"

    According to the "new rules" to post a selling thread in "Domains" this appears to be a requirement. But when i try to "link my account to Paypal" I get this message:

    Grant Permissions to Digital Point Solutions
    Error Message
    We're sorry, but only Business or Premier accounts can grant this permission. To grant it, you must first upgrade your account.

    So, bottom line, in order to simply create a selling thread I am required now to upgrade my account?? And this costs how much?

    How do simply upgrade my account for just selling domains on DP Forum? Right now it appears i cannot.
