Trying to create a PHP Facebook API Post to page (rejected 13 times)

    I am trying to create a php page that posts to facebook pages for stores.

    On my website you login to the store upload your coupons for the week then click Post - It then posts to every single social site like twitter facebook etc...

    For some reason my app keeps getting rejected. Its getting very annoying. All I am getting is back ( We do not see how this improves the user experience.) I ask can you please provide more help and I get nothing besides the same silly answer.

    I have created a test page for facebook and sent them the link directly. - ( and to make things better it looks like they aren't even going to the link. The last person sent me a screen shot of the website but not the demo area where I told them to go.)
