if you ask visitors to sign up before trailing your free product you may actually loose business .. here is an example if i click on ad telling me read ebook about affiliate marketing > after it those peoples ask me to submit my name and email before accessing ebook i will not do that ... however if they let me download ebook free and i like there product i will defenately subscribe there list ...... peoples donot feel safe giving out emails online to everyone .. most websites simply give little introduction to product and ask peoples to sign up before letting them use the product ... and from my personal experience i can say peoples donot live to subscribe any email list because they hate unwanted emails. so its time to redesign your statergy to capture email list .

Honestly. I couldn't make it through the entire post. Paragraphs and punctuation would help bucket loads.

Depends...I have no problem getting sign ups offering ebooks or even without offering anything. Sometimes you may want to keep your list limited to only people who're willing to buy and so on. It's all about what the power of the sqeeze page IMO

Maybe you can ask the email address so you can email the ebook to the email added, or a link can be emailed where the user can download the book from. If you create a convincing enough page, you shouldnt be loosing any customers.
