    I've placed an adsense banner after the first news item just below the sponsor details ...<ok another of my sites.. :) but sponsor sound better!>

    Are there any issues with that apart from the colour <- yes that is the way it's spelled

    Therez nothing wrong with the colour. But, you are using "Sponsored by". This I guess is against TOS.

    Other members can put more light on this. I am not a pro :)

    the sponsored refers to the ad above on the first article not the adsense ads

    I think your 468x60 ads are too close to the "vote" link..push another <br> between them..but I wouldn't be too sure :)

    There is one surefire way to find out...

    Email google and ask them... I would not risk just hoping they don't see it or that it is not a violation. They will check it out and let you know.
