I wonder if you can get banned from your AdWords account.

I like the 'Last one to click' game Mixposure, worth a try :D

It could work with Javascript. Get loads of people at a certain time on your page and when the count down clock hits 0 the last one has to pay X and the first one get's X + part of the revenue. Imagine the click spike but hey it's all natural :D

OK enough shenanigans coz there are likely to be dumb asses to try my weird ideas out.

I have to say, learning from my son, if your visitors are 3 year-olds, telling them "Don't Click" will have them clicking.

Place in big bold lettering at the top of your page:

WARNING: DO NOT CLICK THE ADS. THEY EARN ME MONEY.

Wonder how that would do :)

    Cheers,

Depending upon how Google wants to approach a site - we are ALL breaking the rules.

The adsense TOS is soo purposely vague, and encompassed by the clause - "We reserve the right to cancle service at any time". Its done this way on purpose. The end results gives Google utlimate power, flexibility, and a legal catch-all.

Point being... Google can ditch your ads at any time for any reason. Your best bet is to use good judgement and common sense... or hope to remain under their radar.

Its important to note... Google wants your clicks. However - they also would like their entire adsense system to be beneficial to the vendors and convert visitors. Enough blaintant clicking and no conversion - the entire system fails - which ruins it for everyone.

Heh...The G AS Team has probably printed the quote you posted from the offender's website, framed it, and it's probably now hanging next to a bulletin board somewhere @ G HQ, so that when G employees need to break from programming to have a laugh, all they need do is stop by the framed quote.

Such an obvious case of click fraud; some people just don't get it. The chance @ scamming overnight riches has clearly clouded--no, destroyed--the portion of his/her brain that controls common sense.
