So free ways with me doing all the work seems to be the only way to go since nobody is feeling generous to do it for me for free. Gosh, when's all that good karma I spread throughout my life going to do it's full circle back to me?! hahaha.

    It's based on football, a member of a forum I visit suggested it for me and I quite liked it. I'll explain (although if you don't like football it will be a very boring story! :D)

    I am a great Arsenal football Club supporter (as you can see in the site in my signature) and Arsenal recently signed a defender, William Gallas in the summer. Now a few years ago Spanish side Real Madrid used to buy star players, and this was called the Galactico Era. Arsenal in contrast do not buy star players, so when Gallas came to Arsenal and the Emirates stadium, he became an Emirates Galactico. From that, the name The Emirates Gallastico was born. :p

    OK I give you a green but I am wondering how this phrase: "The Health and Fitness Resource Library" can help me to advertise my website for free?

    One possible way is that I make a song with that phrase and get to the top ten and get millioner and spend the money to buy some PR9 backlinks.

    That list is quite pointless without links. Most of them are just the names of the article directories and must say that article marketing is no where near as good as it use to be. Infact it doesn't bring much traffic anymore and for some it can cost you more work in your time than what you will get out of doing it.
