I am Posting here today about Santrex.net,

The reason why everyone has problems with them is because, they are always late with there servers and they get switched off that is why your vps is always down, also they oversell to pay back the debt they own. this is a natural thing with companys in this world today not everyone can start and start making profit without overselling they aren't greedy, to register a company in the UK you've gotta pay a hell of a lot of tax you loose a lot of your profit. but the infomation comes off one of there staff who used to work there not naming the person but yep i trust the person i got this source off enough to post it here...

 

Update.

The Staff Member has told me that basically they ow him 7 months of pay and then sacked him....

And they also have at least 5 servers down a day its a disaster company seriously...

I will be honest with our customers and admit that we are in huge poverty and we currently have 259 servers.  We can not pay all 259 servers in time, resulting in some servers to be down.  If you see downtime it is because the server is suspended by our server providers (netdirekt/ecatel/ovh) for nonpayment.  We are sorry but we are also trying our UTMOST best to clear the debts.

I just want to be honest and hope you will understand.  I hope you will give santrex another chance, because we will improve in about 2 years once our debts are all clear, we have about 80 invoices at OVH due now.

Fair play for coming out and representing the company, masrawyz. Even so, it's a bad idea for a company to take on more then it's capable of and it's showing

 

Why you buy so many server that you have not money to pay up the bill?

 

why would someone stay with you if you just admitted that your company is in trouble?

Yes, all 259 servers are being used by customers.  We are trying all we can do to make the bills, as we said, honest is key. We have 15,000 customers right now but we still are unable to make most of the bills.  A lot of the issues stemmed when OVH wouldn't deliver new servers to us so we had a lot of chargebacks amounting in tens of thousands of dollars a month.  Some customers recently know they waited 2 months to get their dedicated server, that is because our server provider like OVH NETDIRECT refused to give new servers until all invoices were PAID. We are steadily improving our network and company and it should be good in 2 years.  We have investors who are willing to help by a couple bucks.

I think the debt is going to be less of an image going forward than the smear this has on the company's image. I mean I can sympathize with the cause of the problem, which, for the sake of argument -- we'll assume to be true. Yet, where does this leave all the customers? Honesty is good and all, but I don't know why anyone would want to stick it out for two years when they can jump ship and not be drowning in a sea of uncertainty. I hope it survives, but I don't know if any amount of investment or bail-out can save this ship...it seems to be sinking pretty damn fast. Props for posting on forums though...but damage control can only do so much.

 

there a scam.. after a didnt get what i paid for put a paypal claim on it they closed/deleted my account from there site.. So i have noting with them now.. and Yet. I got no Money and they will not give me a refund




this is the disput i am dealing with in paypal I opend it when i didnt get what it said/paid for. Paypal Will be called and this will be taken a order.. and Reported. TO there host as scamming.

 

paypal is dealing with this issue.. i will get my money back.. Paypal is dealing with this. Beware of there site.. Don't give you what you paid for

Please also note masrawyz on aim says he works for them.. But he don't own it.. seems weird that hes on here saying hes the owner.. ROFL.. Well Beware Paypal disput is on and going.. with paypal. Now..

This thread is a scam, and masrawyz isn't a staff member at santrex.net please contact for confirmation.

Santrex doesn't own 256 server, we own over 450+ servers.

As a matter of fact, the same person opened a thread on Jun 12th 2010 in digitalpoint and was proven wrong.

Please do not waste time listening to such threads and contact your providers when such threads/claims are raised.

 

And by necroing a 3 month old topic that everyone on this forum forgot about you think you sound remotely credible ?

And why should anyone contact their providers when they see such claims ? You never heard of something called "freedom of speech" or you think that doesn't apply to people you don't like ?

They treat you like Animals, they even closed tickets everytime as they don't have enough staff to help people

I have been hosted with Santrex since 3 months and i can confirm you that the Uptime of my vps was: 9% , it was mostly down and you know what is the best now ?

I have used 13 gb of space on my vps because i was hosting 3 Social network website, everything has been erased now !! my vps is blank!
And they told me , maybe my vps has been hacked, lol which is impossible!!!

I currently has 3 open tickets without any answered and i have been waiting for 3 days now!!

I hope deep inside my heart that Santrex disappear forever because they have been robbing people money since they exist!
We poor people are working so hard to get a few money but Santrex just steal our money just to enjoy!!!!

Don't go with Santrex!! DISAPPEAR FOREVER SANTREX!!!!
