I don't know if they exist...I've only had bad experiences (mainly coz I was Naive) but if you do find one please let me/us know especially targeted traffic...the main problem is the traffic is either people forced to your site who didn't know any better why they arrived there...or they had to to gain credits themselves ie...surf these site to get traffic to your site etc. Like Blogexplosion....yes people view your site for 30 seconds and off they go. I bought 10,000 visits for another site and just watched my stats clicking over....feels quite good for about 2 days then you look at the path of those visits - / So good luck and let me (at least) know if you find something worth while.
