trusted domain availability checker

    Can anyone recommend to me a trusted domain availability checker site ? Last i checked a domain i wanted, it was gone the next day :confused: . either that script was spying and buying searched domain names.

    Personally, I think networksolutions is probably the best for looking at a domain. They offer quite a bit of options.

    nameboy.com for domain name generator..

    for those who have sold domains before, would you recommend grouping like domains together? Like domains like abaseballplayer.com and asoftballplayer.com and so on.

    I use NetSol when checking domains because they don't require CAPTCHA.

    Earlier I used whois.net or whois.domaintools.com.
    Now I have developed my own tool - http://www.whoiz.in (not whiz.in - the registrar). You can check there also.

    My favorite is InstantDomainSearch.com. It's powered by AJAX and is a great way to brainstrorm when you're trying to come up with a great domain for your next project.

    Thanks for warning me, I have seen that Ajax slows down my system and crashes my browser :(

    So I'm using DomainSite search box for such task.
