    Just bought this recently and added adsense today. Consider this a no-revenue sale.

    With my core projects for this year taking off I truly don't have time to do what I had planned for this site.

    I snapped this up for a steal at $60. But honestly it's worth more than my asking price of $100.

    Go to any webmaster forum where design contests are held and you won't find many that sell for less than $100. Some forums have a minimum starting price requirement of over $100. The ones less than $100 are either .PSD (not coded) or poor quality cheapo designs.

    Simply have a look at the site and see what I mean.
