It is true that google can rank .com urls better than how they rank .biz and .org I mean I seen some .org's ranked pretty high but not too many compared to the .coms

    No not true at all.

Older domains will carry the dot com names because they were available. Since they are established may make it appear they have edge but extension does not matter at all for Google algorithm. That said surfers are more familiar with the phrase dot com phrase so dot com's may get more type in traffic.

The reason why you see more .coms is because there are more of them. You also have the problem where someone registers whatever.org, and then visitors forget its the .org and end up going to the .com.

I have a biz site, no problem at all. The .com appears first when searching on google for "capmex" (without quotes) but it's only because the title of the .com page is "CAPMEX".

How does google treat parked domains? For instance if someone registers bla.org, and puts all of his content regarding bla.org, then that person registers bla.com and uses it as a parked domain forwarding to bla.org, how does google now treat bla.com? Will it index bla.com the same as bla.org?

It's totally not true. I have seen so many .net or .biz outperform their .com competitors.
