“FREEDOM OF MEDIA-2”…… WHEN CAPTURED TALIBAN JOHN WALKER LINDH IS INTERROGETED BY CNN REPORTERS.

“ VIOLATION OF GENEVA COVENTION-2”……… WHEN CAPTURED AMERICANS ARE INTERROGATED BY AL-JAZEERA REPORTERS.

Tell me who said "we will wage a crusade".... in 2001!
but this is NOT publised, on the contrary,
silly thoughts of fanatic, murderer, BIN LADIN are retelecasted again an again on prime time...
    why?

Remember our discussion is on bias media publicity not on islam or muslims Mr. Spenser!

Once again, it is not the mass media who hijacks aircraft and murders people for expressing their freedom of religion.

No amount of TYPING IN ALL CAPS can make your statements true.

“SHOCK & AWE”…….. WHEN U.S.A attacked cities (SUCH AS BAGHDAD&BASRA) WITH BOMBS AND MISSILES.

“TERRORISM”………. WHEN A FANATIC HUMAN BEING LIKE OSAMA BIN LADEN ATTACKS CITIES
(SUCH AS NEW YORK & WASHINGTON) WITH AIRCRAFT.

I do think that justifies the bias western media....

if what fanatic osama did was terrorism then killing thousands of innocent people in cities like Baghdad and Basra should be equally condemnable!

and yes TYPING IN CAPS is important when intellectual people, bury their conscience in the depth of their hearts! Mr. Spenser

Instead of concerning yourself with what words are being used, why don't you do something to stop "FANATIC HUMAN BEING LIKE OSAMA BIN LADEN" from killing people and giving other muslims bad names? You don't like the terms used. Great. That's nice, but it doesn't do much to solve the problem with your fanatics.

Yes, if you want to clean up Islam's reputation -- actions speak louder than words.

I condemn the acts done by, whether they are fanatic christians in serbia, kosovo, croatia or cold blooded murderes who call themselves muslims!

My point is freedom of expression should not be controlled and bias for one community and open and flexible for others.

Why waste time on a board that allows freedom of expression then? Visit some islamic sites and start a post like "Women should have equal rights" or "Jews are really great people" and see how far you get before being condemned (and/or receive death threats) as a "bad muslim."

It is not "us" infidels you should be trying to convince, it is the people of your faith that should be receiving your message.

*note, try to say that Muslims should respect gays, ex-muslims and "zionists". That will really piss them off ;)

    Interesting..,
I've not read thru the whole thread.. and i dont plan to.., but my post is directed at those that believe this "True Muslims are peaceful people wishing all the best for this world" now before you all start vocally abusing .. think..think hard..!

before i begin.. let me make my self clear to you.. i have known and still do know many muslim's so i know what i am talking about.., they are "EVIL" and i dont just mean islam.. but the people that follow islam.. for islam's main goal is world domination.., anyone who is not muslim(kafir) must be shown the true path ISLAM and anyone that fail's to embrace islam must be slain in the name of allah.., and if you dont believe me then i suggest you read the Koran and then see what's going around in countries like Indonesia, Iran, Pakistan..etc, here this is fairly recent http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/asiapcf/03/26/afghan.convert/

And i've forgotten to mention many of my muslim ..well i would'nt call them friends.. from pakistan support.. actually praise hitler, they tell me (i am not sure if they believe this themselves) 9/11 was a CIA plot and bin laden is a CIA agent believe me i've argued otherwise ..it's like talking to a wall, now i could go on and on.. but i think i've made my point.. dont get me wrong not all muslim's(follower's of islam) are "EVIL"(bad).. many dont really care about islam(not religous).. i dont want to get banned so i'm going to stop now.

Are you reading what you wrote? to simply re-write:

Not all muslims (followers of Islam), are bad; because many are not followers of Islam.

B, by definition, = A; not all A are bad, because many B do not equal A.

By definition, a muslim is a follower of Islam. In your world, all muslims (that is to say, followers of Islam) are evil. Maybe what you meant to say is that not all arabs, Iranians, or others where Islam is predominant are, in fact, muslims. And therefore, they are O.K. in your book.

Ignorant, maybe....but find it hard to see your point when you destroy it yourself within the same couple of sentences.

Susilo is a significantly better leader than a lot of countries have.

He was the first Indonesian President to be elected by the people -- how does that jive with your description of him as a dictator?

His platform of prosperity, peace, justice and democracy represents a leap ahead from past generations of Indonesian politics.

Or do you miss Suharto?
