What is Yours:
OK, let me start by saying that I will say that you will get all rights to the site and name, the script design as well as the sites images and code and every thing else you see on the site will be yours and I will transfer the site to the winner in a .zip by email.

What is NOT Yours:
The only thing that is not fully yours to do what you want with if you buy the site, is the licensing script. in other words, you can do whatever you want with the main site, just don't code or edit the customers directory. http://www.urlmr.com/customers/, this is where the script licenses are generated, and you can disable for overuse, and and everything like that to, you can see all the features listed HERE. As I said before, I will transfer all the rights to the new owner.

What is NOT Mine:
If you buy this site form me, I will not be responsible for hosting, supporting your clients (mine already have my email) I will refer mine to you for future updates. I am not responsible for domain renewal and I will transfer the domain to you, It currently expires on 12/15/2010. I will add 2 years on to it before I transfer it though. I need the money from the sale... yea, I'm that broke....

About BIN Price:
Also, please note, my BIN is just a suggestion, I need the money right now so I will consider any good offers. I don't necessarily want to sell this site but I need money so please post or pm your offers.

At that price it would take 4 years to make a return on the current monthly revenue. I would have been interested in the $xxx.

 

It does look like a nice site and i think it does have potential but the return on the initial investment does worry me and the price to profit ratio would be better if the BIN was reduced,is the BIN price flexible ???

 

As I said before, the BIN is a suggestion, I will consider any offers. I am planing a trip in August so I need some extra money to work with, plus pay bills. The trip half way across the county.... Anyway it is flexible, if I can get close to what I need. I put 2000 because that is all the money I need to cover everything plus pay my back bills. I would skip the trip but it is a family gathering. I suppose the BIN is rather high.... I will change it to $500, that's the ticket price for one person, so thats the minimum I need, I suppose I can sell another site or work overtime to come up with money my bills and my food and spending and what not...
