    Why am I selling this site?

    Just don't have enough time & energy to promote the site.
    I've invested a lot of time and energy in writing original, high quality articles, but other projects came first and it just wasn't promoted. So it's a beginner site, but with the added advantage of not being new, but 1.5 old.
