Trouble!

    Hi i am having troublw with my new blog which i cant seem to sort out! i have uploaded all the files i fink! (my ftp uploader was playin up and not uploading all the files i told it to)

    and i get this message

    Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL which is required for WordPress.

    when i visit

    http://www.free-football-tips.co.uk/wp-admin/install.php

    any help would be good?

    Open phpmyadmin or cpanel and create a sql database. Your install will ask for host, user pass that you used when you created the sql database.

    I'm not sure about wordpress, do you have an install folder for wordpress that the sql file would be in?

    i cant create mysql databases manually, i have to ask my host to do it for me and apparantly the have!

    then edit the config file to suit your database name and password.

    Yea got it working in the end! Asked my host to create a new database and now it works.
    Dunno what was wrong with the old mysql database they created.
