Trouble with wordpress plug-ins. Permalink Help please!

    On my Blog I've installed a few plug-ins, and I'm having trouble getting them to show up on the permalink section. You can see that when you click on the title to see a permalink page, the Digg button, adsense, and related posts are all gone. I have the code I need to put into to get this to work, I just don't know what file to put the code into. Does anyone know?

    Gah!, nevermind, I just figured it out.

    (For anyone curious, it's the single.php file)
