Trouble with Domain Renewal

    Hi Guys!
    I'm having some issues with trying to get my renewal for my domain.

    I initially got my domain and hosted in the same place. (bludomain.com).
    Last year I switched hosting to BlueHost for SEO purposes but kept the domain with bludomain.
    My domain is set to expire in less than 2 weeks and I keep contacting bludomain to ask how to renew (they used to just send me an invoice but not this year). They continue to tell me that bluehost now has my domain but this isn't true. If you check WHOIS you can see that bludomain still has my domain and bluehost has alwasy reiterated this to me. Now I fear I will lose my domain and don't know what to do.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi thanks! I did contact icann and have an open ticket, no response yet. I am not sure what they do though.

    visit icann.org and report your issues, you can get your domain back easily! I have used this method successfully many times.

    I have never heard of Bluedomain. Do you have an account to login with them where you could atleast unlock the domain and get an EEP / Transfer code to move it somewhere else? We have all of our domains through a company called Evolve Web Hosting. They have always been great to work with and timely responses to our questions.

    Was your problem be resolved? Did you try to transfer it out your current registrar?
