Using Optigold 3.3.7, I can't seem to get any of the options to apply when credit cards are declined. The options are selected, but don't seem to have any effect. 1) Declined notices are not emailed 2) Grace period is not set after decline 3) Billing type is not set to None 4) The decline is not logged to notes I tried getting help over email, but responses seem sporadic. The cards say declined in the decline report after billing, and that report can be emailed. I'm not really sure what do try.
The report is not necessarily declines, rather a non-approval report. And if none of the decline actions are being taken, it makes me think the processor is returning something that is neither a decline or an approval. What processing gateway are you using?

Shawn was right that SurePay decline responses were being flagged as "error". I've sent him a fix for the problem, CCAuthorize version 3.4.11.
