I have tried several times over a few days to enter my registration details with CJ, but each time when I got to the end of the 2nd page where you are supposed to "type in the characters", there were no characters to be seen. So I could never complete the registration. Has anyone had this problem? Or does anyone know what the solution is?
turn off your virus scanner, and more so if your virus scanner prevents web tracker jpegs. Also check to make sure your have cookies enabled and cj.com is added as an allowed domain for cookies. Might also pay to make a low-medium security entry for cj.com in your IE or FF settings
Thank you, thenetninja. I enabled cookies for cj.com and commission-junction.com, and the problem was completely solved. I am grateful for the quick help that I got, especially as a newly joined up member of DP.
