trouble reading my analytics account

    hi i have an account threw google analytice i'm conserned about the average time on sight here is my stats for yesterday.

    View report 2,382 00:13:02

    does 00:13:02 mean 13 minutes and 2 seconds or is that 13 seconds? Just looking for a plain and simple explination thanks for all your time.
