Trouble modifying Invision Power Board templates

    I've been trying to make some changes (e.g. change ad placement) to my IPB template but for some reason the changes don't appear. When I look in the code using the tool in the admin section the changes are there but when I view the site they are not.

    Other admin actions work fine.

    Any thoughts?
