I'm having trouble converting with my site. The bounce rate is decent around 30%, but I'm not getting visitors to sign up or purchase any thoughts why this may be happening?

    here is my site: http://www.outsidethepantry.com

    Hi Thrift

Just visited your site which looks very good. Have you tried showing products on the home page? Category images on the home page?

If a customer needs to browse to find he or she will be less inclined to do so.

    Regards

    Chris

you need some sort of offers/deals, best selling on the home page, big buy now buttons help a lot, also a more info button as many people still don't know to click on picture or text to view the product page. more content about the product, delivery charges on the page so they know and don't have to go hunting to find out.

there will be loads more you can do but that's just a start that you should be able to do/add your self in not time or cost.

A few weeks ago, I gave you some advice that you needed to have a Unique Value Proposition on your homepage. This tells visitors why they should do business with you instead of your competitors. You have large, well-established competitors with great prices. Why should people do business with you? You haven't explained that AND you are still not converting. What's the hard part?

    Thrift,

Is the site getting enough traffic?

Where are your customers abandoning the purchase process?
