Tried to contact AdSense staff, low-quality response

    I don't want to ever get banned by AdSense and want to make sure that I'm following their rules. Therefore I sent an e-mail to Google but only got a 'bot-kin' response from one of their staff members. Should I just drop my worries and believe that my ad placements are fine?

    1. they always auto respond many times before you get a real person. (i think) the bot picks up words that you write and sends a premade msg based on those (sometimes I get totally unrelated responses).

    2. Google is not going to check your sites for you.

    3. I looked for you and everything looks good so no worries :)

    My only concern are the ads above search results. May they be disallowed?

    they always respond like that. Shame on Google, they are such a big company nad they can't afford proper customer service.

    google is a very large company, it doesn't care about 1 customer anymore
