Tried out CJ yesterday

Hi, I'm new in CJ. I put some banners and text links on my site yesterday. Two of the banners using URL redirecting (so that I can tracking the clicks) got about 100 clicks each in one day. But in my CJ reports I got nothing there except 0.00s. Was it because the reports is not out yet? And I really don't know whether I've put the right script there.

 

Have you even applied to be an affiliate with those merchants? When you say you "tried it out yesterday" it doesn't sound like you went through the right process.

 

Hi, I used the search function under the "Get Links" tab, then "Aplly to Program". At last I chose the banners and links in "By Relationship" and add the HTML code to my site.
BTW, what does the "3 month EPC" and "7 day EPC" mean? I thought it was how much I earn when people click the banners. I'm sorry i'm indeed a newbie.

 

You'd need to be approved by the merchant first to start earning commission.

 

I'm approved. I received their "Welcome To XYZ Affiliate Program" emails.

 

Then my only guess is that you got all those clicks but no one bought the product.

 

It takes around 24 hours for CJ to update stats.
