Tried changing theme, please review

Hello, to all the experts out here. According to the previous reviews I got (which were not mainly positive), I have changed the theme of my site :

Hi. I think it's not a very good theme for a fitness blog. Too much red and black colors.

 

I too think the colors are too bright. It might look and feel better with more pastel colors.

I think it is a very Good Theme for a fitness Blog... also the adsense is very smoothly blended.

 

A few suggestions:
- make your right and left red panels longer (so they touch the bottom of the layout)
- minimize the height of your header by atleast 25%

 

The content on your website is fantastic. But you really need to work on the color part of your website. Can't you think of any other color besides green and Black?

 

I do not like the color combinations. Your links page consists only of links. You have no content. It is time now to add description of the sites listed.

text and background colors are with a big contrast, its hard to read the page
