Tricky question about AdSense and pirated material

    My user powered site with Adsense running on it might contain links pointing to a site that contains links to a site that may host a pirated file. Do you think i should be safe?

    So for example someone submits a link that leads to their rapidshare links blog.

    My site will not contain any direct links to pirated material nor will it host any.

    I think you should be same but anyways i would contact big G about it.
