Trick to getting into YPN?

I've applied to the Yahoo Publisher Network 3 times now. What is the trick to getting in? Will I be more effective if I call? What type of traffic does your site need?

checkout on my blog . I was approved recently by YPN . I have listed some of my observations that really worked for me. I was trying to get into YPN for last 6 months and figured it out how to get into YPN.
