just the first one don't work directly but you can do it manually by going to websiteoutloo.com and submit your site one time

anyway the other 2 + 3 working I test them already , after a week or so you may get back link from it

But wouldn't Google be looking for relevant back links? If it's similar to getting paid links, wouldn't that be a Google no no ?
