@ All Please Help me i have Withdrawn 237$ on 7th April.it is still showing pending i tried to call them but call rates are very high told me that you transaction has been cancelled and money will be back in your account within 24 hours. But now problem is that 24 hours are also over and situation is same PENDING no Cancelation . and in my mobile i have 0 balance i cant call them.i mailed them but didnt got any reply...... can anybody please suggest me anything? i will be thankful to you regards akshit
paypal do not have such service like PayPal skype ID : You may call to Paypal on their Call Service number,by useing Skeype Out Voice call service !
Mate, First of all, we get limited if the buyer puts dispute. I have good experience on it, as when i did chargeback on other seller who did not sent me goods, his account got limited.

I think this trick is little risky and I dont want to keep my money at the risk if paypal limit my account. I will wait for paypal solution for this problem
