Tribalfusion: setting up default ads

    I use Tribalfusion for tier 1 but it does not fill all of my inventory and as such I get blank ads some times.

    I setup a default campaign to use ValueClick but its not using the default campaign at all. Is there anything else I need to do? What is the "new flight" option for?
