    There are 2 programs... AdSelect and AdDirect... it's the AdSelect that has the ability to have inclusions.

    I never answered Crusaders original question... I run:

    Thanks for letting me now. I got accepted in the one that I didn't even sign up to. I got declined from the one I signed up to so they then approved me into the other lower paid one.
